The Sorting of Bird's Nests
After receiving the raw bird's nests, we perform an initial sorting based on their shape, feathers, and color. After sorting, we store the bird's nests in a cool temperature room.

Cleaning
To remove physical dirt, we clean the bird's nests in running water, which also helps to soften the nests for the next process.

Plucking Feathers
This process requires precision and patience to achieve the best results. Our trained staff ensures that no feathers are left behind.

Evaluate
We evaluate the bird's nests based on their physical characteristics and categorize them into groups.

Heat Treatment
In this process, the nests will be steamed at a minimum temperature of 70 degrees Celsius for at least 3.5 seconds to eliminate bacteria, germs, and avian flu viruses.

Packaging
If all the requirements are met, our products are ready to be shipped to our customers.
